Lexus is showcasing its full lineup in Los Angeles

It should come as no surprise that Lexus is bringing style, technology and efficiency to the City of Angels, showcasing its full lineup of luxury vehicles at the 2021 Los Angeles Auto Show. The showcase includes the all-new 2022 Lexus LX 600 and 2022 Lexus NX.

Lexus says that the LX 600 stands as the brand’s ultimate sport-utility flagship and brings unparalleled capability, luxury and human-centered technology to the diversified model portfolio. With an all-new 3.5-liter V6 twin-turbo gasoline engine, the LX 600 offers seamless power and efficiency. The full-size luxury SUV, with its newly reengineered body-on-frame platform, avant-garde style and luxurious cabin, embodies Lexus’ commitment to meeting the diversifying needs and lifestyles of customers.

Lexus will showcase the first-ever Lexus LX Ultra Luxury and Lexus LX F SPORT grades in Los Angeles, which are two of five grades available. Taking performance further, the new NX features powerful turbo and sporty hybrid powertrains. Proving there’s an NX for every driver, its four new powertrains include a new 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder engine and the first-ever Lexus plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, the NX 450h+, with an EPA-estimated 36-mile range on electric power. The 2022 NX delivers a long list of Lexus firsts, including next-generation Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 technology and Digital Latch with Safe Exit Assist to alert the driver and passengers to avoid the risk of accidental door contact with vehicles or cyclists.

New for 2022, the North American-developed Lexus Interface multimedia system allows the LX and NX to seamlessly integrate and navigate life’s twists and turns. Incorporating a new Voice Assistant designed with voice recognition with natural language understanding, the system aims to provide a natural and easy to use interaction for the vehicle occupants. The available cloud-navigation with Google Points of Interest (POI), is integrated to ensure up-to-date search capability. The system also offers wireless Apple Car Play® and Android Auto™, and with the ubiquitous use of smart phones, an intuitive and simple guest experience is now possible. With the Lexus Interface User Profile feature, the driver’s personalized settings such as screen mode and preferences such as audio favorites, can be retained in the cloud and accessible on the go in other Lexus Interface equipped vehicles.
